El Conquistador in Peekskill

Finally tried the equadorian restaurant on Bank st in Peekskill. I knew the food was going to be pretty good based on the amount of people in there eating when I opened the door! We ordered Paella (had beef, seafood and chicken), Fried Plantains with Cheese and Coconut Shrimp. I remembered to take a picture of our plates after we had begun eating... sry :-/. But the food was great! Would certainly go again!

Birreria! Rooftop Brewed Beer at Eataly

Ok, if you've never been to Eataly, I have one word for you..... GO!!! Imported groceries from Italy. Cheese, Bread, Pizza, Beer, Fish, Pastries......... and of course Gelato! We ate at Birreria which is located on the rooftop of the building has glass ceiling and walls. Although it was January, it was in the 70's so they actually had the windows opened! I ordered Pork Shoulder. It was the most juicy and tender piece of pork I ever had. No need for a knife!
